Job summary

AWT has an open position at our Garner, North Carolina facility for a RFID Converting Machine Operator. You will operate the RFID converting machinery and monitor quality to meet production standards.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, adaptable and cooperative with basic math skills and the ability to read job orders. Schedule is Wednesday–Friday, 5 am–5 pm, with additional days as production requires.

• Must have basic mathematic skills.
• Dependability - must be reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Must keep equipment and work area clean to avoid potential hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Visually check each roll for correctness and free of defects.
• Work with other press operators and/or management, when necessary, to achieve desired results.
