Job summary

AWT Labels & Packaging in Garner, NC is seeking a dedicated RFID Converting Operator to operate RFID converting machinery, monitor production, and keep work area clean and safe.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read work orders, basic math, attention to detail and problem-solving. Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday, 5 pm–5 am; overtime may be necessary to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read job orders for desired customer results.
• Basic mathematic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate RFID Converting machine.
• Fill out Production Traveler.
• Keep equipment and work area clean to avoid hazardous conditions.
• Attention to Detail - be careful about details and thorough in tasks.
• Critical Thinking - use logic to identify alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Visually check each roll for correctness and defects.
• Work with other press operators/management to achieve results.

AWT has the following position located at 343 Technology Drive, Unit 2106, Garner, NC 27529

The schedule for this position is Sunday - Tuesday, 5 pm - 5 am.

Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.
