Job summary

AbeTech is seeking an experienced RFID Practice Lead to drive growth, execution, and technical excellence of our RFID and IoT solutions business. You will manage the RFID practice, oversee design standards, support sales efforts, and maintain strategic vendor relationships.

You will work with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Professional Services, and vendor partners to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs while ensuring profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in RFID solution architecture and IoT technologies.
• Experience with RFID hardware, software, implementation methodologies, and vendor ecosystems.
• Understanding of pricing strategies, solution profitability, and margin management.
• Experience supporting technical sales and consultative solution design.
• Ability to lead technical resources and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFID Solution Architects to ensure high-quality technical solutions and client engagement.
• Develop and maintain RFID practice standards, governance, and processes.
• Manage relationships with RFID vendors and technology partners.
• Own pricing strategy, discount guidelines, and profit margin management for RFID solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, and Professional Services to ensure qualification and delivery readiness.
