Avery Dennison in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Intelligent Labels to drive RFID adoption across Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club, and tiered supplier networks. You will bridge technical teams with customer operations, turning challenges into scalable RFID deployments and leading the technical sales lifecycle from discovery to enterprise rollout.

Qualifications

5-8+ years in technical pre-sales, technical account management, or solution engineering for RFID/IoT/sensor solutions.
Deep expertise in UHF RFID, sensor tech, ARC testing protocols, and integration with software/data platforms.
Proven ability to listen, educate, and articulate technical value to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

On-site/hybrid model based in Bentonville, AR, coordinating with Walmart Enterprise.
Lead technical sales engagements, discovery sessions, and end-to-end technical sales lifecycle.
Co-develop enterprise account strategies with SAM and drive ROI-focused use cases.
Quantify value with PoC frameworks and technical business cases.
Act as feedback loop between customer operations and internal teams to influence roadmaps.
Ensure alignment across ecosystem partners, inlay design, and system integration.
