Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with all Perfect North Slopes’ ticketing and pass products. Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors. The position requires effective communication skills, as the specialist will utilize telephones and two-way radios to report ticketing problems and respond to inquiries from guests and employees.
