Gates Support Specialist

Perfect North Slopes

The Gates Support Specialist serves as a vital link between the Ticket Office team and the Lift/Gates team, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience when accessing the slopes. This role is crucial for troubleshooting any issues related to ticket and pass scanning, particularly with the radio frequency identification (RFID) gate system.

The specialist will document and investigate ticketing errors, coordinate with other departments to address recurring issues, and provide excellent guest service by resolving problems efficiently. Additionally, they will monitor for potential fraudulent use of passes and communicate any issues to the appropriate personnel.

Gates Support Specialists develop a thorough knowledge of all Perfect North Slopes products, including lift tickets and season passes, along with the related sales procedures and system operations. Flexibility in work location, hours, and tasks is essential, as responsibilities may shift with business needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Pay Rate

• $15 per hour
• Employees may receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Perfect North Slopes.
