Job summary

Perfect North Slopes is hiring a Gates Support Specialist in Lawrenceburg, IN for the 2026-2027 season. You will be the link between the Ticket Office and Lift/Gates teams, resolving RFID gate issues and ticketing problems to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include documenting errors, coordinating with departments, and monitoring for pass misuse while providing excellent guest service. Flexibility in hours and tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old by 11/1/2026.
• All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with guests, team members, and supervisors using phones and radios.
• Document and investigate ticketing errors; monitor for fraudulent use of passes.
• Additional duties may be assigned as the role evolves.
