Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience as an IC layout designer.
Experience with integrated circuit layout design in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
Work with integrated circuit designers for chip floor planning.
Estimate layout work schedule and identify complexity areas.
Perform layout of custom RF and analog circuit blocks.
Conduct design rule checks and resolve errors.
Integrate top-level layout with electrostatic discharge structures.
Work with EDA suppliers for tool trials.
Skills
Strong analog layout skills
Experience in advanced node IC layouts
Experience in layout of circuits with frequencies up to 50GHz
Experience with skill programming
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of layout considerations for device matching
