Qualifications

• Hands-on RFIC, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal IC layout experience.
• Strong RF/analog layout techniques and physical design knowledge.
• Experience with DRC, LVS, and parasitic-aware layout.
• Proficient with industry-standard IC layout tools.
• Python or similar scripting ability.
• Ability to collaborate with RF/analog designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop physical layouts for RF, microwave, and analog ICs.
• Translate schematics into manufacturable layouts with circuit designers.
• Apply layout techniques: matching, shielding, grounding, isolation, parasitics.
• Layout active devices and passive structures.
• Optimize for electrical performance, area, manufacturability, reliability.
• Perform and debug DRC, LVS, and physical verifications.
• Use Python to automate layout tasks.
• Collaborate to automate layout workflows.
