Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to customer RFIs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to aggregate customer response.
• Maintain a centralized library of compliance data, certifications, and standard responses for RFIs and RFPs.
• Track and report on RFI volume and trends to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer compliance questions, ensuring compliant responses.
• Provide backup support to the Bid/Pricing Manager during bid cycles and document submission logistics.
