Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in proposal response and regulatory compliance.
• Secret Security Clearance (must have or be able to obtain).
• Strong technical writing and Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, SMS, QA programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with government and commercial contracts ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Develop, track, and maintain contract documentation, budgets, and reports.
• Oversee RFPs, RFIs, and bid submissions to support contract awards.
• Monitor deliverables, milestones, and reporting obligations for timely compliance.
• Collaborate with operations and finance for risk mitigation and contract management.
