Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor is seeking a Material Handler I in Stockton, CA to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments, minimize damage, and maintain timely processing. You will pick, pack, label, and stage orders, and operate voice-directed picking equipment.

We value accuracy, safety, and reliability. You will lift up to 75 lbs, work a standard weekday schedule with potential overtime, and enjoy benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, gear discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• English literacy for business and safety purposes.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to read packs, order labels, and match data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders with correct products and quantities for shipment.
• Pack and weigh orders as needed.
• Match invoices to shipping labels.
• Stage materials for shipment and load/unload trailers.
• Operate voice-directed picking equipment.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity; meet deadlines.
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
