Simms Fishing Products LLC is hiring a Material Handler I in Stockton, California. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, and collaborating with team members to meet productivity standards.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills in English, a High School diploma, and the ability to handle physical demands of the job. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401K.
Provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction by ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, free of damage and processed in a timely manner.
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations. Due to forklifts and other equipment traveling through the warehouse the environment can be noisy, dusty, may emit gas fumes, and create excessive vibrations.
Must be able to move around in a large, fast-paced warehouse for 8 hrs. or more per day. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 lbs. frequently. Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete surfaces. Requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Must be available during standard operating hours, Monday through Friday. Start and end times may vary due to operational need. Remaining flexible with working schedules is required, to include working overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.90. The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
