Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in California. You will unload pallets, count and verify products with RF equipment, and pick items using Voice Pick Technology and RF scanners. The role supports accurate receiving and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading with pallet jacks, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to inventory accuracy. A warehouse mindset and willingness to learn WMS tech help you grow within our healthcare

Qualifications

General knowledge of a variety of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.)
Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus
Warehouse/Operations certification a plus

Responsibilities

Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers using the pallet jack.
Counts, verifies, and receives product using RF equipment and/or Voice Pick Technology; documents variances.
Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.
Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product and moves cartons to pallets/carts according to batch.
Uses RF scanner to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are loaded correctly onto trucks for customer delivery.
