Job summary

Revelyst is seeking a Forklift Operator to manage inbound and outbound shipments in Stockton, CA. You will operate forklifts, stage materials, and ensure accurate loading, unloading, and order preparation with safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements include 18+ years of age, 1–2 years of related experience, and forklift certification. Ability to read and communicate in English is essential; training provided for RF devices and voice-picking systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for business and safety purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or education.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and instruct others in the operation of material moving equipment, stand up forklift and related vehicles inside the warehouse.
• Determine loading/unloading sequence for space utilization, safety and damage protection.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Receive, stock inbound shipments; unload/load materials onto pallets and shelves.
• Prepare orders with correct products and quantities for shipment.
