Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Stockton, CA is seeking a warehouse order picker to efficiently locate and pull merchandise, stage items, and prepare shipments. You will label totes, ensure weight limits, and maintain DC standards for accuracy and productivity while operating RF devices and loading cargo.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate packing, itemizing freight, and supporting trained teammates in a dynamic distribution center environment with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and match numbers and letters quickly and accurately.
• Strong mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part number on the merchandise.
• Place merchandise in tote or stage bulk items in the appropriate area.
• When the order is completed, mark the tote by customer number and send down the conveyor.
• Make sure all totes are labeled for the correct store and do not exceed 60 lbs.
• Maintain DC standards for both accuracy and productivity when picking orders.
• Consolidate and pack all stock order merchandise quickly and accurately so the order can be checked in efficiently by the customer.
• Itemize all products not shipped in totes on the freight bill as soon as they are received.
• Load trucks quickly and accurately. Tie and secure freight as it is loaded onto the truck.
