Job summary

Astranis is seeking a Winter 2027 RF Validation Associate to measure and validate performance of RF hardware, automate measurements with Python, and document methodologies for review. This paid twelve-week internship targets students with an EE or related background.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related field and have hands-on hardware development experience. U.S. citizenship or valid status is required for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, applied physics, or related field.
• Hands-on hardware development in fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of RF concepts and building blocks.

Responsibilities

• Measure and validate performance of LNAs, PA, up/down converters, filters, oscillators.
• Write automation code to speed up measurements.
• Document test plans, methodologies, and data for review.
