Job summary

Astranis is seeking an Associate RF Validation Engineer for a 12-week summer internship in San Francisco. You will measure RF components, write automation code, and document test plans as part of a mission to validate hardware ahead of space deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/physics or related field.
• Hands-on hardware development in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong RF fundamentals (transmission lines, S-parameters, RF building blocks).
• Experience with Python and OOP concepts.
• Experience taking RF measurements with RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and validate performance of LNAs, power amplifiers, up/down converters, filters, oscillators, etc.
• Write automation code to automate and speed up the above measurements
• Document test plans, measurement methodologies, and data for review
