Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking an Associate Engineer (RF Validation) for a Summer 2027 program in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work on rigorous RF measurements, automate tests with Python, and contribute to hardware verification for space-grade systems.

This 12-week salaried role offers hands-on design and testing experience, with emphasis on developing reusable test workflows and documentation for engineering reviews. Applicants must be U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, applied physics, or related field.
• Passion for hardware development in fast-paced environments and hands-on design.
• Deep knowledge of RF concepts: transmission lines, S-parameters, RF building blocks.

Responsibilities

• Measure and validate performance of LNAs, power amplifiers, up/down converters, filters, oscillators, etc.
• Write automation code to automate and speed up the above measurements
• Document test plans, measurement methodologies, and data for review
