Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Test and Validation Engineer for the 3rd shift in Andover, MA. You will develop and improve test processes, analyze product specifications, and provide direction for testing and troubleshooting of complex electronic assemblies and test equipment.

You will collaborate with operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, and design teams to ensure readiness, run test procedures, and drive improvements in test capability. A DoD clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, RF knowledge preferred.
• Two years of Test Engineering experience or advanced degree in related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness and resolve issues.
• Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) with test procedures aligned to specifications.
• Improve test hardware/software with Test Equipment Engineering for robust capability.
• Support production testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage hardware/test equipment in manufacturing.
