Job summary

Mercury Systems, Inc. in Hudson, NH is seeking an RF Test Technician I to support testing, evaluation and troubleshooting of RF electronics on the production floor. Working under close supervision, you will perform routine tests, document results and escalate issues as needed to senior staff.

You will operate RF test equipment, record data, follow processes and safety protocols, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily production and quality goals in an in-office/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electronics, electrical measurements or RF concepts.
• Ability to operate or learn standard RF and electronic test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing team environment.
• Must be able to obtain government security clearance (US citizens).

Responsibilities

• Execute standard RF test procedures on assemblies per work instructions.
• Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers under guidance.
• Record and maintain accurate test data and documentation per quality standards.
• Identify basic test anomalies and communicate findings to senior technicians or engineering support.
• Follow safety protocols, ESD controls, and manufacturing process requirements.
• Support troubleshooting with retests or data collection as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test area, equipment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
