Job summary

Mercury Systems, Inc. in Hudson, NH is seeking an RF Engineer to support the design and testing of advanced RF components and integrated assemblies. You will collaborate with senior engineers to analyze RF modules and assist simulations to better predict system performance.

The role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you will expand skills across RF theory, test methods, and instrumentation while contributing to multiple projects and defense-related initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience with RF theory through coursework, projects, or industry work.
• Experience using RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance on day one.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate RF components and modules to ensure performance meets design specifications.
• Generate and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) for RF products and assemblies.
• Design and support the development of test fixtures for RF characterization.
• Support ongoing engineering development projects and product initiatives.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical design documentation.
• Provide engineering support for existing products with senior engineers.
