Job summary

Mercury Systems in Hudson, NH is seeking an experienced Test Technician to perform RF measurements on semiconductor devices from DC to 40 GHz. You will tune, test, and troubleshoot microwave devices, using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and related lab equipment.

The role requires 3–5 years in RF/Microwave testing, strong schematic-reading skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF/Microwave module testing required.
• Hands-on RF tuning using stubs or similar methods.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
• Experience with lab test equipment including VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and DMMs.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Tune, test and troubleshoot microwave devices from 20MHz to 40GHz.
• Perform RF/Microwave tests using laboratory equipment.
• Record and organize test results and communicate status of production efforts.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for reliability.
• Work from schematics, drawings and procedures.
