Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an RF Test Technician I to support testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of RF electronic products on the production floor in Hudson, NH. Under supervision, you will perform routine tests, document results, and ensure products meet performance standards while following defined processes.

You will operate RF test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum and network analyzers, and contribute to timely data collection and issue escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electronics, electrical measurements, or RF concepts.
• Ability to operate or learn standard RF and electronic test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing team.
• U.S. citizens may be required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard RF test procedures on electronic assemblies following established work instructions.
• Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers under guidance.
• Record and maintain accurate test data and documentation.
• Identify basic test anomalies and communicate findings to senior technicians or engineering support.
• Follow safety protocols and manufacturing process requirements.
• Support troubleshooting activities by performing retests or data collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the test area and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
