Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking an experienced Test Technician to perform RF measurements on semiconductor devices and complex microwave assemblies. You will tune, test and document results, leveraging ATPs and lab equipment to support defense and aerospace programs.

The role requires 2+ years of RF/microwave module testing, schematics literacy, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Mercury offers flexible schedules and opportunities to grow skills within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of RF/Microwave module testing experience.
• Hands-on tuning of RF/microwave devices.
• Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Tune, test and troubleshoot microwave devices from 20MHz to 40GHz.
• Perform RF/Microwave tests using lab equipment (network analyzers, signal analyzers, oscilloscopes).
• Record and organize test results; communicate status of production efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test setup issues; calibrate equipment.
