Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a RF Test Engineer in the New Glenn Test group to develop and validate RF hardware for spaceflight systems, interfacing with mechanical, systems, and software teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes robust RF design, test planning, and hands-on verification within a safety- and quality-driven culture aimed at enabling reliable access to space for Earth beneft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience developing high-speed mixed-signal circuits for aerospace applications.
• Knowledge of signal and power integrity, grounding topologies and general equipment layout principles for production.
• Experience developing and testing complex electronic systems combining hardware, firmware, and software.
• Experience with RF hardware testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analog, digital, and power circuits for RF systems and software-defined radios.
• Own full product lifecycle for test equipment supporting flight unit testing.
• Create and review manufacturing schematics, layouts, and BOMs.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures covering all requirements.
• Perform laboratory verification and root-cause analysis of discrepancies in flight units.
