Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a RF Test Engineer to join the New Glenn Test group in Seattle, WA. You will design analog, digital, and power circuits for RF systems and own the lifecycle from concept to flight-ready hardware, while collaborating with mechanical, systems, integration, and software teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, manufacturing documentation, and comprehensive test execution to ensure flight units meet all requirements. A strong aerospace background is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with high-speed mixed-signal circuits for aerospace applications desired.
• Knowledge of signal and power integrity, grounding topologies, and production layout best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analog, digital, and power circuits for RF systems including software-defined radios, solid-state power amplifiers, and LNAs.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to flight-ready hardware.
• Create and review manufacturing documents, including schematics, layouts, and BOMs.
• Support test plans and procedures; execute tests to verify requirements and aid root-cause analysis.
