Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a technically proficient project leader to drive medium-size programs with strong cross-functional leadership. You will guide system requirements, design reviews, and risk mitigation while coordinating with internal teams and external customers.

The role emphasizes structured product development, meeting customer contract requirements, and delivering milestones such as design reviews and readiness assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics).
• PMP certification required or ability to obtain within six months of start date.
• Six years of experience with electronics systems and electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with stage-gate / structured product development environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium complexity projects with potential new technology/applications.
• Direct meetings onsite, in person, and remotely.
• Coordinate system requirements, hardware/software requirements, use cases, and acceptance tests.
• Develop work estimates, project plans, schedules, and interface control documents.
• Manage risk, decisions, and artifacts using enterprise tools.
• Travel 0–10% as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Master's degree in Engineering or similar technical degree
