Job summary

You will lead test development for RF production hardware, design test stations, and collaborate with Design, QA, and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust acceptance testing and environmental screening. The role requires a BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 3–5 years (MS) or 5+ years (BS), secret clearance eligibility, and strong skills

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering with at least 5 years' relevant experience.
• MS in equivalent fields with 3+ years' experience.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and test issues.
• Experience with Cadence schematic generation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required.
• Preferred: Python and MATLAB.
• Experience with RF electronic systems in manufacturing or design.

Responsibilities

• Test station design – debug and integration/validation.
• Test procedure development/Maintenance.
• Continuous improvement to reduce cost, cycle time, defects.
• Testability reviews with design engineering.
• Test station/fixture development for functional and environmental testing.
