Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with relevant experience (5+ years) or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience with hardware testing and calibration methods.
• Experience with RF test instruments (PNA, Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, or firmware issues.
• Experience leading hardware projects and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support RF test station development for EOIR products.
• Identify manufacturability improvements and drive changes with Design Engineering.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality to test EOIR products and resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce cost, cycle time, and defects.
• Manage day-to-day test engineering efforts and report progress.
