Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, based in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Test Engineer (RF Systems) to lead test software development and fixture design for RF production hardware.

Role requires a BS or MS in a STEM field with 3–5+ years of experience, strong scripting in C#/C/Java/LabWindows CVI, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Collaboration across design, QA, and manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 5+ years experience or MS with 3+ years.
• Experience with C#, C, Java or LabWindows CVI.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, or firmware issues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update hardware governing how test equipment operates and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Design, integrate testing solutions to meet new or modified requirements.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Acceptance testing procedures and fixtures.
• Collaborate with design, test hardware, QA, and manufacturing to meet commitments.
• Support RF production hardware testing in a dynamic environment.
