Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields required.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with satellite communications ground stations.
• Experience generating, analyzing, tracking, and managing complex technical requirements.
• Strong RF systems engineering background with schematics, block diagrams, analyses, and BOMs.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS and occasional after-hours support.
• Active TS/SCI w/POLY clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex outages and document resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Collect diagnostic data and document discrepancies using logging tools.
• Develop workarounds and implement design changes to restore performance.
• Operate diagnostic equipment (scopes, spectrum analyzers) to verify specs.
• Support CONOPs generation and provide recommendations for system evolution.
• Ensure compliance with system specifications through hardware/configuration updates.
