Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems. This role contributes to hardware, software, network, and RF components supporting mission-critical communication and signal processing environments.

The ideal candidate has RF and signal processing experience, a strong systems engineering background, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Seven years of systems engineering experience on programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering science, or related field; five additional years may substitute for degree.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, integration, testing, and deployment of data center solutions for satellite collection-based systems.
• Contribute to systems engineering activities across hardware, software, network, and RF components to ensure performance and interoperability.
• Assist in development and integration of RF and signal processing systems for communication system applications.
• Support requirements analysis, architecture development, verification, and validation.
• Participate in system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration management records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
