Job summary

RTX in North Texas is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to join the Advanced Airborne RF Sensors team in McKinney. You will help integrate hardware and software, develop test plans, and verify requirements across the product lifecycle in a hands-on, lab-to-field environment.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to MBSE and Agile development efforts. The role is onsite with possible travel up to 20% and relocation is eligible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python for data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics with common test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integration, verification, or troubleshoot tests in labs, field, or depot facilities.
• Travel as needed up to 20% for test events.
• Support qualification of our products and data analyses with MBSE/Agile methods.
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to stakeholders.
• Maintain engineering databases and drawings; coordinate system technical solutions.
