Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Engineering Aide to provide hands-on fabrication and integration support for RF antenna hardware and related electronics. You will prototype, fabricate, and test components like parabolic reflectors, horn antennas, patch arrays, and RF front-end circuits, working across mechanical, electrical, and RF disciplines in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in engineering tech or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on prototyping/fabrication in aerospace/defense hardware.
• Experience operating PCB milling equipment for prototype fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain PCB milling to fabricate prototype boards for RF subsystems.
• Set up and run CNC milling to produce mechanical parts and fixtures.
• Support rapid prototyping across RF team, including 3D printing and assembly.
• Document fabrication processes and assist with test setups and data collection.
