Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Section Lead for Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield within RF Microelectronics / Module Design and Foundry Services. You will direct a team of process integration and yield engineers to advance microelectronic devices across technologies and manage yields and costs.

Responsibilities include reviewing process changes, allocating resources, overseeing foundry processes, and driving corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 8+ years in semiconductor processing or process integration.
• Experience with III‑V processing (GaAs, GaN, GaSb) preferred.
• Cost-account or task‑leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong analytical, customer‑focus, collaboration, communication, and project‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of process integration and yield engineers to fabricate devices across mature and emerging technologies.
• Review process changes and champion yield improvements.
• Oversee foundry processes and correlate wafer performance; support assembly.
• Manage project schedules and costs; drive yield investigations and corrective actions.
• Operate on the foundry floor and communicate findings to operations management.
• Support manpower/resource planning and performance reviews; advise leadership.
