Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Hardware Production Support Engineer in Tewksbury, MA, focusing on RF, analog, and digital hardware testing and production support. The role centers on solving design and manufacturing problems and coordinating with cross-functional teams across Operations, Quality, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions to production.

Qualified candidates will have STEM education, 5+ years in relevant testing, and the ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance; U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in testing / troubleshooting RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Interim Secret U.S. clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to resolve production issues.
• Lead failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Perform circuit analysis, modeling and simulation of electrical signals in subsystems.
• Process Engineering Change Notices and variances through configuration control.
• Support transition to production of new products.
• Develop and troubleshoot test equipment and establish test requirements and procedures.
• On-site 1st shift in Tewksbury, MA with travel to Andover and occasional Tucson, AZ.
