Job summary

Spectrum Effect is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a strong RF engineering background to drive product strategy for Spectrum-NET. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate customer insights into actionable designs, and manage end-to-end feature delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes ambiguity navigation, stakeholder communication, and roadmap development in collaboration with the VP of Product. Hybrid work in the Greater Seattle Area available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–7+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Excellent written and communications skills in English.
• Ability to translate customer insights into clear technical requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for key features from concept to delivery.
• Serve as the primary interface with customers to collect, iterate on, and validate requirements.
• Translate customer needs into detailed designs and work with development owners to implement.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, software engineering, QA, and operations to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps based on market insights and stakeholder inputs.
