Ladders seeks a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to shape technical product direction for advanced wireless and mission-critical capabilities in defense and communications. You will translate complex requirements into clear software/firmware needs and work with R&D and engineering to deliver integrated solutions.

Remote position for US-based candidates, with no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually, reflecting senior technical scope and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Translate DoD requirements into structured user stories.
• Backlog ownership for software and firmware spectrum capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D to convert advanced techniques into features.
• Ensure integration of waveforms with existing hardware platforms.
• Plan sprints and groom backlog for rapid delivery.
• Capture feedback to evolve user stories and software solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to drive adoption and revenue.
