Spectrum Effect in the Seattle area is seeking an RF Product Manager with a strong RF engineering background to drive high-value features for Spectrum-NET. You will own end-to-end product lifecycles, translate customer needs into technical requirements, and lead cross-functional efforts across systems, software, QA and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–7+ years in product management, systems engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
• Translate customer insights into clear technical requirements and designs.
• Cross-functional delivery experience to ship features and improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for key features from concept to delivery.
• Serve as primary interface with customers to collect, iterate on, and validate requirements.
• Translate needs into detailed designs and work with developers to implement.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, software, QA, and operations to ensure feasibility.
• Communicate complex RF/software concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define, sequence, and maintain product roadmaps with leadership input.
