NPAworldwide seeks a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF, and DSP to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of rugged embedded RF/DSP/FPGA products. You will translate complex concepts into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineering, sales, and leadership to drive profitable products.

The role blends hands-on engineering insight with product management, guiding multi-year roadmaps and winning business cases for new capabilities in defense, aerospace, and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or related defense/embedded technology markets.
• Strong technical understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and DSP.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Strong communication skills with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers, and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the product portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Translate system-level requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present to executive leadership.
• Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive technologies and form factors; manage portfolio performance.
