Job summary

FALCATA Product Solutions Division in Huntsville, AL seeks a Product Manager to oversee RF-based technologies across development and production for DoD/DoW programs. The role may require up to 30% travel.

You will shepherd product roadmaps, pricing, budgets, and commercial strategy while collaborating with engineering, finance, and business development to deliver multi-line RF solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree and minimum 8 years of experience in DoD/DoW or tech industry.
• Experience developing and improving product management processes.
• Demonstrated technical and/or business leadership in a technical field.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product business cases and sales forecasts.
• Develop and manage yearly product line budgets in support of product line improvements.
• Develop and maintain product pricing to include all supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain the commercial strategy and demand alignment with BD and sales.
• Provide ROMs and Quotes to customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain product roadmaps.
• Track product issues and execute ECOs within roadmap and budget.
• Collaborate with production and finance to plan product builds within resource limits.
• Manage product line inventory to minimize lead time.
• Support all phases of product development to influence design decisions.
• Work with multi-discipline team to build complete solutions.
• Lead by example in creating product management processes and methodologies.
