Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a MMIC Design Intern to join Keysight Labs and drive the next generation of high-frequency components for instruments. You will work with a dedicated team to explore new design approaches and validate concepts using advanced simulation and measurement techniques.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or closely related field, with thesis work and/or relevant industry experience in mm-wave IC design.
• Experience in mm-wave IC design in advanced semiconductor technologies.
• Experience using ADS, Momentum, RFPro, EMPro or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work in a team, document and present results.

Responsibilities

• Join Keysight Labs to innovate and deliver high-frequency, state-of-the-art components for Keysight’s instruments.
• Collaborate across teams to push design methodologies and resolve complex problems.
• Document results and communicate findings clearly to leadership and peers.
