Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead MMIC test board development, production test fixtures, and end-to-end transition from development to production. You will own test boards and fixtures, drive qualification, and collaborate across MMIC design, project management, quality, mechanical design and RF test teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 7–10 years in a supervisory role managing a multi-functional engineering team.
• Strong RF and Microwave test equipment knowledge (PNA-X, Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, Noise Meters).
• Proficient with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for drawings.
• Experience with circuit analysis tools (ADS, MWO or equivalent).
• 3D EM simulation experience (HFSS, CST or equivalent).
• Strong statistical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Lead TB and TF development for MMIC verification.
• Create formal PCB drawings with CAD team.
• Collaborate with Mechanical design to draw base plate components.
• Coordinate with PM and Purchasing to ensure BOM availability.
• Produce assembly drawings for TB components.
• Oversee TB assembly and testing on RF bench.
• Verify TB on RF test bench with network analyzers.
• Translate TB to production TF with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop production test plans and gauge R&R studies.
• Support production release documentation.
• Ensure quality and adherence to ISO/LEAN practices.
