Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking an RF Technician II / Team Leader to support the HFM MFG Line. You will lead a small team, align and test RF through mmW components up to 110 GHz, and ensure quality and throughput in a fast-paced lab environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, generating tuning patterns, maintaining test equipment calibration, preparing reports, and collaborating with engineering to drive improvements and audits.

Qualifications

  • MMW/RF design, test experience and strong measurement background.
  • Ability to assemble, tune, test and troubleshoot hardware in a lab.
  • Experience mentoring technicians and leading production floor activities.
  • Experience with PNA-X and related RF test equipment and software.
  • Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings; strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily floor activities and coordinate across inspection, kitting, assembly and test.
  • Align and test RF through mmW components up to 110 GHz using PNA-X analyzers.
  • Prepare tuning patterns, document changes and drive manufacturability improvements.
  • Maintain equipment calibration, test reports and data summaries.
  • Support ISO audits and participate in internal/external audits.
