Qualifications

• Education: B.S., M.S. or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of RF/microwave test engineering or semiconductor test operations experience.
• Hands-on use of test and measurement equipment (network analyzer, signal source, spectrum analyzer).
• Experience automating electrical test with languages like C#, .NET, Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF/microwave test engineering and RCA investigations.
• Define test strategy and prioritize engineering work.
• Develop automated test plans, fixtures, and programs.
• Ensure data integrity, SOPs, calibration schedules, and safety procedures.
