Job summary

Mini-Circuits seeks an experienced Engineering Production Test Supervisor to lead and coordinate test activities for RF components. You will supervise test engineers and support staff, ensuring rigorous data handling, fixture design, and adherence to ISO procedures.

You will oversee calibration, development of test fixtures, automation initiatives, and collaboration with international teams to resolve complex test issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related electrical testing experience.
• 3+ years robotics testing experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Extensive RF test equipment experience (network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Ability to create Flow Charts and interpret test data.
• Leadership training and strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve test data for internal and external use.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
• Oversee design and completion of prototype test fixtures.
• Lead test automation and software development efforts.
• Review and approve ECOs and test data across departments.
• Work with international teams to resolve test issues.
