Job summary

Mini-Circuits is seeking an Engineering Manager in Melville, NY to oversee product development, manage the MMIC test board and production processes. The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering, 7-10 years of supervisory experience, and is proficient with RF and microwave test equipment. Strong communication skills and familiarity with both AutoCAD and Solidworks are required. The salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in a supervisory position managing a multi-functional engineering development group.
• Proven ability to manage a team of engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop test boards needed to verify MMIC functionality.
• Work with CAD and Mechanical teams to create formal drawings.
• Ensure BOM components are in stock and coordinate ordering.
• Create production test plans.
