Job summary

BRAINS WORKGROUP, INC. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead efforts in Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC) design and production. This role involves overseeing the development of test boards and fixtures necessary for RF testing, collaborating across several engineering disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of supervisory experience, strong RF and Microwave equipment knowledge, and proficiency in CAD tools. A BS in Electrical Engineering is required; MS preferred. The position offers a hybrid work model with competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of supervisory experience in engineering.
• Experience with managing multi-functional teams through product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of RF and Microwave principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks.
• Experience with circuit and EM simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop Test Boards needed to verify MMIC functionalities.
• Create formal drawings and ensure component availability.
• Work with various teams to build and test products.
• Formulate production test plans and analyze data.
