RTX in Andover, MA invites a college graduate to join its Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) engineering test teams. You will perform RF/microwave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices and help assemble and operate test systems, using LabVIEW and Python to control equipment and analyze data.

The role emphasizes learning, collaborating with experts, and contributing to defense applications.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Coursework in RF/microwave, analog, digital electronics, circuit design or electromagnetics.
• Lab experience in RF/microwave device measurements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF/microwave/millimeter-wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs.
• Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems.
• Use software to control test equipment and plot test results.
• Work with AMSD team to support design validation.
